    As a Media Account Manager, you'll have a valuable role in growing and maintaining our business with advertisers in South Florida market. You'll be responsible for capitalizing on existing business via face-to-face customer meetings and other communications approaches to increase profitable revenue via strategic, multimedia, multi-platform program sales. You'll serve as the primary interface for our entire portfolio of products and services with the key advertisers.     What you’ll do:

    • Build and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
    • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
    • Identifies opportunities for incremental revenue generation, presents creative solutions to customers and closes business to achieve sales goals.
    • Broad knowledge of all aspects of project management, brand development and digital marketing including multi-channel interactive program development, email marketing and social media.
    • Demonstrates deep understanding of the marketplace, customers' business models and objectives, competitors, and print and digital offerings. Articulates product offerings and their value to customers.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Advertising concentration preferred) and preferred 3 - 5+ years equivalent sales experience with demonstrated success is meeting revenue goals
    • Significant industry knowledge of print and digital advertising products offered
    • Digital marketing acumen required; Advertising/media industry experience preferred
    • Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media landscape
    • Effective relationship-building skills
    • Self-starter, with excellent analytical, written, oral, communication, written and presentation skills
    • Creative flair and enthusiasm
    • Ability to multi-task with strong time and project management skills and financial business acumen skills
    • Working knowledge and experience utilizing a CRM application and Microsoft Office products
    • Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, some travel may be necessary
